SUPERMAX MASTERFIT SWR PIPES AND FITTINGS;

SuperMax SWR pipes and fittings are used for non-pressure plumbing applications, such as transportation of soil, waste and rainwater, non-pressure industrial drainage applications, and waste discharge systems in residential and commercial complexes, resorts, and hospitals.

SuperMax SWR pipes have excellent chemical, fire, and corrosion-resistant properties. They do not rust or corrode over time. This is a big advantage, as SWR pipes are exposed to rainwater, dust, and domestic chemicals. These characteristics ensure longevity. Besides, the smooth surface of the pipes prevents build-up deposits in the interior of the pipes.

SuperMax SWR pipes and fittings are available in sizes from 75mm to 160mm and in ring-fit and self-fit options, and they meet the requirements of IS 13592 and 14735, respectively.

The SuperMax has a leak-proof design, as a sealed rubber ring installed between the SWR joints holds permanently in the groove, ensuring leak-free joints and helping to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the plastic material, which makes for a long-lasting installation.

SuperMax Soft Fit™ Rubber Lubricant

The purpose of the lubricant is for easy installation between SWR Pipe to pipes or fittings. A joint made with or without the use of lubricant has the same jointing strength. The greasy property of the lubricant lasts only for a few hours in the joint and after that it will dry up.

The Soft fit™ Lubricant ensures easy installation between SWR Pipe to pipe or fittings. Its shelf life lasts 12 months from the date of manufacture. Available net weights range from 50 gms to 500 gms.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

SuperMax provides product warranty for the following

• Product defective
• A full range of pipe, fittings, and adhesives are used as per company installation procedures.
• SuperMax Products shall be used for the applications listed in this catalogue.
• Adequate support to be provided by clamp or any other means.
• SuperMax highly recommends to perform a system hydrostatic test and subsequent flushing of the CPVC system after installation as per the manufacturer's recommendation.
• The product warranty of the water storage tank is listed on the guarantee card; kindly refer to its terms and conditions.

PRODUCT WARRANTY NOT APPLY IF:

• Product used in combination with any other brand/ substandard pipes and fittings. In some cases, fitment do not match properly which is leading to leakages.
• SuperMax Solvents and Lubricant have not used.
• Product is used for applications other than listed above.
• Installation procedure and testing/flushing procedure is not followed.
• Cutting the pipe and make socket by heating and bellowing pipe mouth at site.
• Any mechanical damage by nails, chisels, hammering notches found and drilling etc
