- Rates are ex-factory / Warehouse NIRMAL basis.
- IGST/CST/SGST will be charged extra as applicable.
- Freight or transportation is extra and as actual.
- No responsibility for any breakage, damage or loss in transit.
- The updated price list shared with distributors and dealers supersedes all previous price lists.
- Goods once sold are not taken back unless there is any quality issue.
- The company hold the right to revise the prices prior any information.
- Subjected to NIRMAL jurisdication.
- Discount of order will be applicable on the date of order received.
